Let’s say you want to pay yourself £4,000 a month. Write it down.
Now ask: What needs to happen for my business to still work on the remaining £6,000 (if your turnover is £10k/month)? What would that look like?
This is how real, sustainable profit is built—not from hope, but from intention. Make it work on paper first. Then bring it to life.
