Our Packages
Foundation — £169/month: Essential accounting for sole traders and startups. Includes bookkeeping, annual accounts, tax returns, and unlimited support.
Gro — £299/month: Our most popular package. Full-service accounting with proactive tax planning, payroll, VAT returns, and Profit First implementation. Ideal for limited companies turning over £100K–£500K.
Gro Plus+ — £399/month: Premium accounting with Profit First, quarterly strategy meetings, management accounts, and business coaching. For businesses that want hands-on financial guidance.
Gro FD — £975/month: FD-level support with strategic financial planning, board reporting, cash flow forecasting, and weekly availability. For businesses turning over £500K+ that need a finance director without the full-time cost.
What's Included in Every Package
Regardless of which package you choose, you get: Xero cloud accounting setup (free), bank feed connections, a dedicated accountant, unlimited phone and email support, and our client portal. Higher tiers add payroll, VAT, management accounts, Profit First coaching, and strategic advisory.
No Hidden Fees
We don't charge extra for phone calls, emails, or ad-hoc questions. We don't add fees for "additional complexity." Your monthly fee covers everything — and if your needs change, we'll discuss it openly before adjusting anything.
